Home At Last

We are now home. It is wonderful to breathe the air, view the red sunset over the islands, and hear the eagles cry. Our beloved Kona dog is under the weather but is now soundly asleep next to Dennis's side of the bed. Friends have stopped over with food and gifts. Suitcases are emptied, mail is gone through. I take the blue surgical hat off Dennis's head; a small barrier along with gauze and antibiotic against airborne infection. He is very tired, very glad to be home, and I am glad we are ramping back on some medications. Happy Father's Day to all the pops and dads out there-I will be spending mine with a great one. More tomorrow, Faith

Dennis and Faith,
Glad to hear that you are home. Sometimes the best recovery comes from rest at home not in a hospital! I am so glad you are posting to the blog so I can keep up. I am continuing to pray for you both. By the way, I will be in Seattle for a conference July 27 to 29th. If you find yourself back there I will try to meet up with you. Friendly faces are always come in handy! Love ya both, Jenny

Happy Father's Day, man....hoping this finds you next to Kona and resting/recovering peacefully at home.

Still praying, and sending positive energy for a speedy recovery. I like knowing you are back home in AK, as that HAS to feel good.

Same ole same ole Giant Bear Hugs to all,
Jane and Ned

So glad you are home to enjoy this great summer. You are in the top of the most determined people I have ever known. Balance each day with joy, love and everything it takes to totally heal.

You continue to be lifted up in prayer -- for wisdom and faith as well as healing.

Thank you Faith for your continued updates.
